Return Policy

At StoreOfHawaii.com, your satisfaction is our first priority. If you receive any merchandise that is defective, or doesn't meet your expectations, we will gladly exchange the item, or refund your money.

If you need to return or exchange any merchandise, please contact us before sending us the item(s). Failure to do so may result in a refusal to refund/exchange the merchandise.

All merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in resalable condition. This means that the tags must be attached to the merchandise, and thus removing them will void the return/refund. All return merchandise is also subject to a 10% restocking/handling fee. Items returned for exchange/refund must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase for U.S customers, and within 45 days for International customers. Refunds will be mailed in the form of a company check. Thank you.
